If you have one or more than one dog at home, the chances are that you’ve observed some strange ideas dogs employ to find lost toys. Sometimes dogs insist on going outside only to pick up their doll. My dog also asked that I let him out so that he can grab a piece of cloth that was left there days ago.
A woman named Claire Cummings from England happened to be in the same situation while driving. She saw a stuffed toy lying on the sidewalk. Moments later, she saw a black and brown dog leaning sadly over the wall and stares at the stuffed toy. It is clear to Claire that this dog wants to get his toy.
Claire took a photo of the pup she helped and shared it on Facebook. The photo garnered almost 29,000 awesome likes. Claire also said that the dog was capable of getting the toy on his own, but was too afraid to do it by himself.
Nobody knows how long the poor pup stood over the wall, longing for his toy. The puppy does not want to break the rules. Claire also has a Huskie at home, and she even has a dog walking company with her partner. So Claire is no stranger when it comes to dog peculiarities.
Claire is a huge animal lover, and she hated the thought that the dog sat there waiting, and nobody comes to help. Claire informed her fellow dog lovers that the dog, reunited with his toy, did not suffer any injuries. Except for the slight emotional strain the dog had on those brief separation.
As soon the dog got his toy back, he became happy and thrilled. He also accepted some attention and pats, as thanks. The dog watched his new friend return to her car. As soon as Claire drove away, she looked back and noticed that the dog was gone.
The dog got his toy and happily went back inside the house, and Claire was happy because she helped make the sweet dog’s day better. To my fellow to dog owners, always be mindful of your environment and keep your eyes open for dogs in distress. Maybe you might make some dog complete their day.
